Comfort Specialist Process:
- Before I leave the office I will call you to confirm the appointment and to introduce
myself.
- Upon arrival, the lettered car will be parked on the street.
- A friendly knock at the door will be given.
- After I introduce myself I will go over the process of what will take place.
- Then I will ask where your equipment is located.
- I will then get the Model Number and Serial Number of the equipment
- Measure the furnace, duct work, air cleaner etc….
- Do a static pressure test, to make sure it is in the range of the manufacturers.
- I will begin my Load Calculation ( measure all rooms, measure windows, ask if any
upgraded insulation, perhaps is your house on slab, crawl, attic, etc..)
- I will then go through the comfort concerns questions
- Hot or cold spots?
- Humidity Issues?
- Anyone suffer from allergies, asthma., pet dander, dust etc..?
- Utility bills?
- Do you run the fan in the Furnace?
- Noise level an issue?
- Go over the equipment and accessories that are available. Based on what you said
above I will narrow your equipment options and recommend any accessories if necessary!
