Product Summary

we build every Trane 95 gas furnace to operate as quietly and reliably as possible.
Trane XV95 furnace feature our highest AFUE (annual fuel utilization efficiency)
ratings, enabling up to 96.7% of the fuel you pay for to be converted directly into
usable heat for the home. The XC95 offers the added peace of mind of Comfortlink
II communicating technology, which gives you the power to monitor and control your
comfort settings remotely by phone* Even when the weather outside is frigid, you
can warm uo to clean. Comfortable air with a Trane 95 gas furnace.
*An XL900 Trane Comfort Control is required for all XC95 communicating furnaces.
A telephone access module is also required for remote access.
