GV's Heating & Cooling began in the basement of Greg and Pam Vickers' home in 1990 and grew around family culture, better air, and dependable North Shore service.
The second generation
John and Dawn Mroczek now lead GV’s.
John joined in 2006 as an installation helper while dating Dawn, went to school to master sheet-metal fabrication, and became lead installer in 2011. He is now passing that baton to a new lead installer while moving further into management leadership.
Dawn started part-time the same year — sweeping floors, inventory, phones, dispatch, accounting — and went on to serve as Comfort Advisor. Her particular passion is solving the long-standing hot and cold spots other companies could not.
Both are President. Together they run GV’s as a second-generation, family-owned and operated company.
Our purpose
To serve God by serving people well.
Faith and God’s grace are part of how this company came to be and how it is run today. It shows up less in what we say than in how the work gets done: measured, explained and verified, for people we expect to still be serving in ten years.
