Services
We provide residential and small commercial HVAC services across Buffalo Grove, Glenview and the surrounding North Shore suburbs — repair and service, maintenance, replacement and installation, High-Performance airflow and comfort diagnostics, indoor air quality work, and emergency service. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline work at our discretion.
Scheduling and Emergency Service
Regular office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Emergency service is available 24/7 on the same number, (847) 729-9190. After-hours phone calls are answered by a live member of our office staff. After-hours chat and text receive an automated reply directing emergencies to the phone line.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
Pricing and Payment
A service fee applies to diagnostic visits during regular hours, and a different fee applies after hours. The service fee covers the diagnosis itself and is not applied toward the cost of any repair.
We do not publish pricing online. After we have diagnosed the problem, you receive the price and your repair options in writing, and no work begins until you approve it. If the scope of the work changes once we are underway, we will explain why and get your approval before continuing.
Financing
Financing on new equipment is available at 0% for up to 60 months on qualifying purchases through Optimus Financing. Affirm may be available for service repairs; you can qualify through the app or ask your technician. All financing is subject to credit approval — approval is never guaranteed, and terms are set by the lender, not by us.
Warranties and Guarantees
New residential equipment installations carry a 2-year labor warranty, with an optional 10-year labor warranty available. Parts carry a 10-year warranty when the equipment is registered, and equipment is registered once the installation is paid in full. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and model.
Our workmanship carries a lifetime guarantee. If you have a concern about work we have done, call us and we will come back and address it. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or work performed by others.
